Base monthly schedule
- 10 days per month
- 8½ days on site (70 hours)
- 1½ days remote (10 hours)
Remote time covers system development and remote conferencing with your team.
Base + incentive compensation
A fixed monthly base, plus a monthly incentive triggered only at 150% attainment of the S.M.A.R.T. target objectives.
Progress is measured through the monthly PDCA review, and the incentive is awarded at your discretion — so the risk sits on our side.
