The approach

Built for balance, not bandwidth.

Most consultants spread themselves thin. Extreme Focus Works is designed the other way around — capacity is deliberately constrained so every hour lands on the results you targeted.

Three operating pillars

One client partner

Your mill gets undivided attention. No juggling portfolios, no competing priorities on the other end of the phone.

2–3 targeted focus areas

A minimum of two and a maximum of three improvement areas, worked continuously, with results anchored against S.M.A.R.T. goals and objectives.

Fixed monthly PDCA

A Plan–Do–Check–Adjust cycle every month, with a rolling three-month “intent to continue” handshake that keeps both sides accountable.

Extreme

Effective application of the ownership and energy required — with the sense of urgency needed to deliver targeted results.

Focus

An undivided, undistracted and unwavering “laser” focus applied to two or three targeted improvement areas.

Works

A bias to action and hands-on work, directed at:

  • Results achievement against S.M.A.R.T. targets
  • Mill leadership knowledge and skill development in the focus areas
  • Organizational capability built into the culture, so the results last

Results cadence

Weekly proof. Monthly adjustment. Rolling commitment.

  1. Continuous focus

Work and improve results in 2–3 Extreme Focus Areas continuously, with S.M.A.R.T. targets established for each.

  2. Weekly report + monthly PDCA

A Weekly Actions and Results report is issued. Each month a Plan–Do–Check–Adjust review measures achievement and aligns the next-step action plans.

  3. Rolling 3-month handshake

Binding for Extreme Focus Works, intent-only for you. Re-established monthly on performance results and ongoing win/win fit — securing continuity of the improvement effort.
